1. Introduction
NeoPod is a community-driven engagement platform supporting the Neo Smart Economy ecosystem. By accessing or using NeoPod you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Definitions
- NeoPod("we", "us") — the NeoPod community platform and the team that operates it.
- Service — the NeoPod website, applications, quests, leaderboards, store and related features.
- User("you") — any person who accesses or uses the Service.
- Account — the profile you create to participate, including any linked sign-in methods.
- XP — the internal participation points described in Section 7.
- Rewards — discretionary benefits such as GAS, merchandise or prizes described in Section 8.
- Partner Activities — quests, challenges or partner promotions run on NeoPod, which may have their own rules.
- Moderators — community members authorized to help enforce these Terms and community standards.
- Administrators — NeoPod team members with elevated access to operate and secure the platform.
3. Eligibility
Users must be legally capable of entering agreements in their jurisdiction, provide accurate information, maintain only one account unless approved, and comply with all applicable laws.
4. Accounts
Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials. NeoPod may suspend, reclaim usernames, require identity verification where reasonably necessary, or terminate accounts to protect the platform.
5. Privacy
We collect account, profile, activity and technical information to run NeoPod, and use it for authentication, fraud prevention, analytics, support and platform operation. NeoPod does not knowingly sell personal information and only shares data with service providers required to operate the service. See the Privacy Policy below for full detail.
7. XP
XP is an internal participation metric only. XP has no cash value, is not legal tender, cryptocurrency, securities, property or a contractual entitlement. XP may be adjusted, removed or reset.
8. Rewards
Rewards including GAS, merchandise or prizes are discretionary. NeoPod may modify reward pools, eligibility, exchange rates, timing and distribution at any time.
9. Referrals
Only genuine referrals qualify. Fake accounts, self-referrals and manipulation may result in forfeiture.
10. Merchandise
Availability, pricing, fulfilment and shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Users are responsible for accurate shipping information.
11. Community Standards
Users must behave respectfully and honestly. Prohibited conduct includes:
- bots and automated exploitation of the platform;
- exploits, spam and harassment;
- unlawful conduct;
- vote manipulation and account farming;
- submitting false evidence; and
- attempts to circumvent platform controls.
12. Bugs and Exploits
Users should report bugs. NeoPod may reverse benefits obtained through exploits and suspend offending accounts.
13. User Content
Users retain ownership but grant NeoPod a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display submitted content as necessary to operate and promote NeoPod.
14. Intellectual Property
NeoPod branding, logos, software, documentation, graphics and website content remain protected intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
15. Third-Party Services
NeoPod may integrate with Discord, Telegram, X, wallets or ecosystem projects. NeoPod is not responsible for third-party availability, policies or services.
16. Beta Platform
Features may change, pause or be removed without notice. Bugs and downtime may occur.
17. No Advice
Nothing provided by NeoPod constitutes financial, investment, taxation, accounting or legal advice.
18. Disclaimer
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NeoPod and its founders, volunteers, moderators, developers and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
20. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify NeoPod against claims arising from their misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.
21. Suspension
NeoPod may suspend or terminate participation where reasonably necessary to protect the community or platform.
22. Appeals
Users may request review of moderation decisions. NeoPod may review decisions but is not obliged to reverse them.
23. Data Retention
Accounts may be soft deleted before permanent deletion, subject to legal and fraud-prevention retention needs.
24. Children's Use
NeoPod is not intended for children below the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction.
25. Changes
NeoPod may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
26. Force Majeure
NeoPod is not responsible for failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
27. Severability
If one provision is unenforceable the remainder continues.
28. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between NeoPod and participants.

How NeoPod collects, uses, and protects your personal data. This Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.
31. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the community:
- Account data: your email address and/or wallet address, chosen username, and the sign-in method you use (including linked Discord, Telegram, or X/Twitter account identifiers where you connect them).
- Profile data you provide: display name, bio, location/country, and any social links or details you add.
- Activity data: quests completed, submissions, XP and lifetime earnings, referrals, merchandise orders, and shipping address when you place an order.
- Technical data: a limited record of your IP address and browser user-agent at sign-up (used to protect the community against fraudulent or duplicate accounts), and cookies (see above).
Some information — such as your username, XP, and lifetime earnings — is public by design (leaderboards and profiles). Your email, wallet address, and raw social account identifiers are not shown publicly.
32. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
- To operate quests, XP, referrals, leaderboards, and merchandise redemptions.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate or farmed accounts.
- To produce aggregate analytics and reporting about community activity.
- To communicate with you about your account and the service.
33. Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the service you sign up for); our legitimate interests (to secure the platform, prevent fraud, and improve the community); your consent (for non-essential cookies and optional data you choose to provide); and legal obligations where applicable.

- NeoPod may discontinue features without prior notice.
